Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling.

Most functional fitness contains multi-joint movement patterns that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders, which all build strength and improve your range of motion.

These movements are essentially based on the activities of our daily lives.
